Class Schedule

We at Sugar Sculpture are pleased to announce our schedule of classes for 2008. Each class offered, is for a maximum of 7 students and is given in our own training room at the rear of our shop. Our trainers are experienced workers in their fields; Maxine Homolka, of Sugar Sculpture Limited, qualified at Brooklands College. Our classes are conducted in a relaxed manner and we do attempt to ensure that they are good fun in addition to being instructive. The course fee includes: The use of recommended tools Printed notes (where possible) Refreshments As a pupil, you will need to bring is a notepad and pencil, a box in which to take completed work home and a basic fruit cake to work on (if the course is for decoration of a cake). It is always useful if you are able to bring some of the basic tools along such as board, rolling pin, craft knife etc. You will also need to bring a snack for lunch if the course runs all day. We are no longer able to supply lunch due to inadequate kitchen facilities. We do apologise for this change. Students will be contacted if a course is fully booked or cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any class which is under subscribed or where the tutor is unavailable and a refund of fees paid will be made.
