My name is Maxine Homolka. I am a fully qualified cake maker and sugarcrafter with over six years experience. After completing my training at Brooklands Catering College, I have competed in numerous international competitions, winning awards for my sugarcraft skills.

I have made cakes for The Department of Health, Dell Corporation, The Police, and many more corporate organisations as well as for individuals celebrating a birthday, christening, wedding, etc.

I also offer classes in Cake Decorating held in the classroom at the rear of my shop.
