Terms and Conditions
Before placing an order with us, please ensure that you read the terms and conditions below. These are the terms you have accepted when registering with us.
1. The laws of the United Kingdom govern all purchases via this web site.
2. VAT (20%) is added to goods where applicable for orders made from the UK and European Union. In general products exempt from VAT are edibles, books and magazines. Orders made from outside the UK and European Union are exempt from VAT.
3. All products are subject to manufacturers availability, should we not have the item in stock we will find an alternative or refund in full.
4. We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days. However, during busy periods this may be extended to 5 working days. Should we for any reason, be unable to complete. Your order within that time we will contact you in order to make alternative arrangements.
5. Sugar Sculpture Ltd will not be responsible for, or liable for failure to meet specific delivery times.
6. Should you receive your goods damaged, please advise us within 24 hours of receipt in order for us. To proceed with a claim from the carrier on your behalf. We cannot accept late claims.
7. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, kindly return it to us within 7 days. Undamaged/unopened and we will refund you in full.
8. When sending back any item the responsibility for the goods is yours until we receive them back. Sugar Sculpture reserves the right to repair or replace any faulty item at their discretion.
9. We regret that in the best interest of all our customers, due to health and hygiene requirements, we are unable to exchange or accept return of edible goods, opened or unopened.
10. We are unable to exchange or accept return of fragile edible goods which have been damaged in transit. These goods are shipped at the customers risk.
11. Due to market fluctuations, we reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.
12. Please note pictures are for general illustration only and the product may vary from that shown.
13. Prices quoted online are for online orders ONLY. Some items are not stocked in our shop and prices may vary between shop and online – this applies especially to special offers and discounts.
14. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time.
