<p>If at any time, or for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your purchase(s), please return them to us within 14 days of receiving them and we’ll give you a full refund for the original paid amount with no fuss. The only thing we ask is that the goods are returned to us in an “as new” re-saleable condition. To arrange this, it would be really helpful if you could call one of our friendly Customer Services Advisors on 01932 831991.</p>
<p>It is advisable to use a recorded delivery service, or at a minimum obtain a proof of posting at the post office in the unlikely event the goods are lost in transit. You may wish to take out additional insurance for high value items.</p>
